Renovation of the historic Pabst Boiler House #10 owned by TMB Development and Dermond Properties. This 40,000-square-foot property will undergo a $7.1 million redevelopment through 2009 following guidelines for Historic Preservation Certification set by the United States Department of the Interior National Park Service. The boiler house was originally constructed in 1890 on the southwest corner of North 10th Street and West McKinley Avenue. Following the renovation, the Boiler House will be occupied by various businesses including the general contractor of the project, Inland Companies.  Our scope at B&D Contractors, Inc consisted of historic window & door replacement as well as the interior carpentry build out for Inland Companies.  This project was featured in the Business Journal's 2009 Real Estate Awards for Best Renovation.
